I spontaneously decided this would be a good idea since I've been meditating on and off for a couple of months now but haven't mastered consistency. I find myself meditating in bursts of solid 7-day weeks and weeks where I apparently forget that I am the one who wanted to meditate in the first place (aka 0-day weeks). I figure 30 days is a solid start for new habit formation and will give me the opportunity to figure out what works best for me. Excited to give it a go and share tidbits from my journey along the way!
